Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: TimberIN hot tubs – one of the industry-leading companies producing and supplying outdoor wellness products including outdoor hot tubs and saunas. The company specializes in automatization processes of its products making them WIFI ready that helps the clients to overcome various know issues such as the difficulty of maintaining the products in winter, avoiding excessive labor work by optimizing burning processes, and others.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: TimberIN recently introduced the pellet-burning stove for hot tubs and outdoor saunas. The use of pellets rather than logs to heat the water produces higher temperatures faster, emits less smoke, ash, and carbon, and costs less. The stove is WIFI ready and all its automatization parameters can be adjusted by the App or on the web. That is a big step in making these products more efficient and eco-friendly since wood pellets are produced from the saw-dust which gathers in high quantities that need to be stored and utilized.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: By developing this innovation, 2 main problems had to be addressed. Reducing the secondary-waste material has been the main concern for most manufacturers in recent times therefore burning pellets instead of wood not only helps to upgrade the burning processes but significantly reduces the amount of sawdust that is used to produce the pellets. The second issue which led us to develop this smart pellet stove was that burning wood in conventional wood-fired hot tubs requires much manual labor sourcing and supplying the wood into the burning chamber. In order to make sure that the burning process would be optimal and the hot tub would reach its desired temperature as fast as possible, one should manually adjust the amount of wood per certain time which is quite difficult to make.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Our mission at TimberIN hot tubs has always been to ease the purchase and the utilization process of outdoor hot tubs and saunas, therefore, this pellet burning option will be the main point for further development. The main aim for the upcoming months is to develop the externally connected pellet burning stove version which could be used with every hot tub around the globe despite the model or different manufacturer.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: Many people face difficulty to measure water’s temperature with ease. We introduced a smart Bluetooth-based app-connected thermometer that would send the required data to your app and will give the notification once the desired water temperature has been reached.
