Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Thinaer helps the world’s leading enterprises optimize their operations at scale. With our patented AI as a Service platform, we help enterprise-level firms understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and how to build for the future. We revolutionize digital transformation by integrating machine data, human insight, and AI-powered analytics.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Thinaer has received the IRI PILOT Research Funding Scheme grant, which will be applied to its innovative research in overcoming the complex cultural changes of digital transformation. Thinaer will be leading this research effort, in partnership with Mars Wrigley US, on how companies can plan and prepare for cultural changes associated with digital transformation through an agile, people-first approach.
We are conducting this research within a division of the National Association of Manufacturers, Innovation Research Interchange (IRI) and it will last through 2023. We will offer select IRI members and non-members the chance to participate in the research over the next year.
Findings and insights will be collected and analyzed into core themes which will then be published in IRI’s journal, Research Technology Management, and will also be delivered through IRI’s flagship learning program, TRACK.

In addition to our manufacturing solution, IoT, human feedback, and AI-analytics allow other important verticals, such as aerospace and defense, consumer packaged goods, healthcare organizations, and hospital systems to overcome operational challenges while ensuring a strong ROI.
