Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Since 1988, Shannon Global Energy Solutions has designed, manufactured and installed more than 750,000 reusable, removable insulation blankets and shields for manufacturing plants, power generation facilities, universities, hospitals, oil and gas facilities and government buildings around the globe, making Shannon’s specifications in design and manufacturing the worldwide standard. Shannon’s customers have generated more than 600 million dollars in cumulative energy savings.
Our high quality blanket systems are OSHA compliant, ASTM/ISO/UL Tested and backed by CSI specification standards unmatched in the industry.
Shannon thermal removable, reusable blanket insulation captures bare surface radiant heat loss on complex steam fittings and surfaces, process and power-gen applications and more. Shannon also has a highly successful OEM program that develops and implements reusable, removable blanket insulation packages for key manufacturers.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: We engineer and manufacture Thermal, Acoustic and Safety insulation blankets and shields for equipment.
Thermal: Shannon Global Energy Solutions thermal removable, reusable blanket insulation captures bare surface radiant heat loss on complex steam fittings and surfaces, process and power-gen applications and more. Shannon also has a highly successful OEM program that develops and implements reusable, removable blanket insulation packages for key manufacturers.
Acoustic: Shannon GES has a complete line of industrial acoustic blanket insulation and industrial acoustic shield insulation solutions designed to reduce unwanted, problematic noise from machinery and systems for industries ranging from food processing and transportation to power generation and oil & gas. Shannon’s CAD library of more than 6.5 million files enables an efficient CAD/CNC approach for high-volume production manufacturing.
Safety: Shannon GES Safety Blankets and Shields mitigate risk and protect people and infrastructure, such as trap valve stations, MOVs, drip legs and structural columns, from fire, water and chemicals. Shannon’s CAD/CNC approach ensures customers experience a minimum of 15 years of service life from each of our safety blankets and shields. Our goal: Deliver a quality product that enables re-installation.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We are continuously creating new designs for equipment and we are expanding physically with a new warehouse.
