Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: Founded in 2022, Africa Better Business Agency is a premier Business Intelligent System (BIS) whose mission is to advance trust, confidence, and transparency in cross-border transactions in Africa.

Africa Business Better Agency (ABBA) has developed the ABBA Accredited Network, a Centralized Autonomous System (CAS), with a goal to advance a trustworthy marketplace in Africa by providing consumers with relevant data via abbb.me before they purchase their products and services from different businesses across Africa.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement? 

A: ABBA is launching the ABBA Accredited Network, which seeks to provide accreditation for over 100 million businesses of all sizes and sectors operating in all 54 countries in Africa, and serve the accredited data to over 1.2 billion consumers who spend more than $2.1 trillion every year buying goods and services, across Africa.

The vision of ABBA is to bridge the gap between sellers and buyers of goods and services in Africa, enhance costumer satisfaction and in the process – advance a trustworthy marketplace on the African Continent.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: Misleading marketing practices, price gouging, product adulteration, product counterfeiting, product faking, non-delivery of paid goods, and all the likes, have for years been robbing African consumers billions of dollars of their real value for monies paid, leaving them frustrated.

Every day, over 800 million people from all over Africa buy their items from different sellers in different parts of Africa, but without a well defined centralized system to provide them with the relevant data for them to make informed decisions at the point-of-purchase.

ABBA is poised to consume everyday business malpractices in Africa, and sanitize the marketplace on the African Continent.

Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: Hire more than 300 fulltime staff to serve the African continent and help improve cross-border transactions across Africa.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: Buyers of all kinds of goods and services all over Africa would likely no longer be buying anything from sellers, anywhere in Africa, without first verifying the sellers on ABBA. And sellers of all kinds of goods and services all over Africa would likely be generating more revenues and grow their businesses faster when they become ABBA Accredited Members.
