Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Healthcare Administrative Partners (HAP) is a leading provider of outsourced revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for radiology physician practices. We go above and beyond traditional definitions of billing, coding, and practice management to empower healthcare providers with the team, technology, and business intelligence needed to maximize revenues and reduce compliance risks in the modern healthcare economy.
Radiology is our core specialty and has been since our present CEO and owner, Brian Effron, founded the company in 1995. In doing so, he grew a team of veteran healthcare executives with deep expertise in practice management, billing operations, software development, and many other disciplines.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: It is important to note that we are expanding into a new state with the addition of this client in Kentucky.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Our services include billing, coding, carrier credentialing, business intelligence, MIPS Measure Assurance Services, and clinical analytics services. These offerings can be personalized based on the needs of the client. We will be doing all of these for Radiology Specialists of Louisville except for clinical analytics services.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Over the next six months, we will continue to thoughtfully grow our company by adding strategic partners. Additionally, we will continue to enhance our clinical analytics services by building out our offering to include the clinical data our customers need to analyze everything from productivity to quality.
