Below is our recent interview with Hanna Lane, the Founder at AWG Bakery:

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A:
Absolutely! So let me tell you a little bit about AWG Bakery. We are a family-owned and operated business that specializes in making delicious bread that’s both organic and gluten- free. But that’s not all! Our bread is also grain-free, vegan, and Paleo-friendly, making it a perfect fit for anyone looking to enjoy bread without sacrificing their health goals. We’ve set ourselves apart from the competition by focusing on the highest-quality ingredients possible, always making sure to choose organic options whenever we can. And our customers absolutely love it! They’ve called our bread “life-changing” and have said that it’s the best-tasting bread they’ve ever had. We offer a variety of delicious flavors, including Everyday, Rosemary, Everything, and CinnaSpice, and we’ve got options for loaves, minis, and even rounds that are perfect for making mini pizzas. We’re proud to be a woman-owned family business that truly cares about our customers and their health, and we’re excited to keep growing and bringing our amazing bread to even more people.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: From the very beginning, AWG’s mission has been to bring back the joy of bread and help people rediscover its amazing benefits. And let me tell you, it’s been an absolute success! Our loyal customers have been spreading the word far and wide, and we’re beyond thrilled to have received over 500 five-star reviews! It’s been such a joy to read about all the amazing ways people are incorporating bread back into their lives, and we couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve accomplished.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: We’re really passionate about what sets our bread apart and we’d love to share more with you! Our bread goes beyond just being gluten-free – we’ve taken things to the next level by also eliminating grains like rice, corn, and oats. And we use only organic ingredients that you know and can pronounce. For the best flavor and texture, we recommend slicing the bread thin and toasting it up. Plus, we’re excited that our bag and label are compostable, so you can feel good about your impact on the environment while enjoying our delicious bread.

Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: AWG Bakery is expanding and we’re working on getting our products sold at local markets, starting with the West Coast. We’ve had great success online and our high retention rate proves that we’re meeting a real need. We know people value buying local, so we’re doing our part to make it happen. Can’t wait to bring our delicious baked goods to your neighborhood!

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: At AWG Bakery, we’re all about making a difference in people’s lives by bringing back the joy of bread. I personally know what it’s like to miss out on this simple pleasure, which is why we started the company in the first place – to help others enjoy bread again. It’s incredibly fulfilling when our customers reach out to us and express their gratitude, telling us they’ve been dreaming about avocado toast or other bread-based treats for years. Knowing that we’re making a positive impact on people’s lives is what keeps us going and gives us purpose.

Q: About Hanna Lane and her journey to creating the bread.

A: My journey with hypothyroidism and autoimmune issues led me to explore the healing powers of anti-inflammatory foods and adopt a Paleo lifestyle. While I loved bread, I knew I had to say goodbye to it for a while. But that didn’t stop me – I spent a year experimenting with baking and creating a bread that met my dietary restrictions while still delivering amazing flavor and texture. And now, I’m thrilled to share this bread with others – it’s nutritious, delicious, and guilt-free! Plus, we’re proud to be a family-owned, woman-led business.

Q: Experience and goals with growing a business

A: As we work to grow our business, we’ve learned that thinking outside the box is key. Our clean, nutritious product is important to our customers, so we knew we had to get our packaging just right. After a lot of research, we found 100% compostable bags and labels that our customers absolutely love. But spreading the word about our bread has been a learning experience – we’re not targeting a specific age group or location, but rather anyone who’s looking for healthy options or has dietary restrictions. We’re always trying new ways to reach those who want to bring bread back into their diet, and we’re excited to keep growing our customer base.
