Below is our recent interview with Robin Daniels, Chief Business Officer at LMS365:
Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to LMS365?
A: There’s never been a more important time to focus on our mission, which is to unlock everyone’s true potential to make people more productive, successful, and happy. We are hyper focused on making sure that people can become the best version of themselves through our platform. LMS365 is the only AI-powered learning, performance, and engagement platform built into Microsoft 365 and Teams. We have customers in over 60 countries and the business is growing over 50% year over year as there’s such demand for our platform.
Q: Who is your ideal client and why?
A: We sell to any company who has standardized on the Microsoft stack and who needs a learning, performance, or engagement platform. Traditionally our buyers are in Learning and Development, HR, and IT.
Q: Can you tell us about your pricing options?
A: We offer a cloud-based SaaS service built on Microsoft, so our customers pay per user per month, usually annually. We also offer help packages to get our clients off to a fast start.
Q: What can we expect from LMS365 in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We just acquired a company in the UK that offers a leading Performance and Engagement platform for the Microsoft eco-system and I can’t wait to share these expanded capabilities with our 2m users around the world. We are also investing heavily in AI to make life easier for learners through discovery and recommendations of new courses, and for course creators to develop new content in seconds using AI. It’s very exciting. It’s all to make the journey to learning, performance, and engagement better for people.
Q: What is the best thing about LMS365 that people might not know about?
A: We’ve been around for over a decade, but the business has really started taking off in the last few years. As Microsoft has seen an amazing resurgence our business has followed suit. There are nearly 400M Microsoft 365 users and growing, so we know there’s a huge need and demand for what we do. We want to turn learning, growth, and development into something that companies invest heavily in and that employees adopt for mutual success.
