We are 100% independent and unaffiliated with software vendors, so we are able to put our clients’ interests first.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: In the next 6 months you can expect to see Third Stage Consulting continue to grow and challenge the boundaries of digital transformation initiatives while also sharing all the information we know and have learned in our experiences with digital strategy, organizational change management and ERP software selection and implementation. We plan to continue our frequent releases of thought-provoking podcasts, blogs and videos in conjunction with helping our clients achieve success in their digital transformations.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: Third Stage Consulting is named after the rock band Boston’s third album and is a rocket launch analogy. A rocket launch has three stages – the first two boosters fire and combat gravity, but it’s the third stage in which the goal is achieved, and you reach the final height to the destination. This sequence is also followed in digital transformations and often times organizations are bogged down by gravity or status quo which makes that third stage hard to achieve. I felt it was appropriate to name the company Third Stage Consulting given our goal is to get our clients to that third stage and achieve success in their digital transformation.
