Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company? 

A: The Salary Negotiator is a unique salary negotiation service designed to help individuals achieve the pay they deserve. We work with clients to help them negotiate their new job offers when they transition between companies. Our highly experienced team of salary negotiation coaches work with each client every step of the way in the job offer negotiation, tailoring the approach to each situation and supporting them to confidently negotiate a higher total compensation (base salary, bonuses, and equity) alongside additional company benefits and perks. We help fuel limitless potential in career earnings and will eventually enable our company to be a standard service for every job transition.
