Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Knowing how to negotiate a salary can be a confusing and intimidating process for most individuals. That is why we set up The Salary Negotiator to help provide expert coaching and support to ensure that our clients can enter a job offer negotiation armed with the knowledge and confidence to get the compensation they deserve. With help from our salary negotiation consultants, individuals will be able to understand their job offer and know exactly what they can ask for. To do this, our team utilizes comprehensive research in specific industries and job roles. While we specialize in working with tech professionals and software engineers we have worked with hundreds of clients across a broad spectrum of sectors. This includes job seekers looking for roles at global corporations such as Amazon, Google, Facebook (Meta), and Apple alongside many smaller businesses and startups.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Our mission at The Salary Negotiator is to help individuals achieve higher compensation and create a better financial outlook for their careers while taking the stress out of the equation. Studies show that compensation is on the rise but not all companies are offering these increases to prospective employees. We are working to continually improve our services so individuals can ensure they are reaching the top end of the compensation band when receiving new job offers. The Salary Negotiator has and will continue to contribute to this effort, helping clients to improve their salaries, benefits, and career potential. We help fuel limitless potential in career earnings and will eventually enable our company to be a standard service for every job transition.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: It is honestly easier to achieve a higher offer through salary negotiation than one may think. We currently have a 94% success for our salary negotiation services and we are so confident in our negotiation process that should clients not receive an increase while working with our team of salary negotiation coaches then there is no fee. We offer a performance-based rate so clients only pay if we help them achieve a higher compensation. That way we are incentivized to help them get the best deal possible and only get paid if they get a better salary.
