Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: Physician Growth Partners served as the exclusive transaction advisor to The Northwestern Specialists for Women (“NSW”) as they explored a strategic transaction. The process led to a partnership with Together Women’s Health (“TWH”), a rapidly growing portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners. NSW sought a partner that would supplement their management expertise, provide capital for expansion, while ensuring NSW’s clinical autonomy remained intact. NSW is a leading OB/GYN provider in Chicagoland with more than 10 providers. This partnership represents TWH’s entry into the Chicagoland market and provides NSW with significant resources for continued growth.

Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: We will continue to be the leader in representing healthcare services organizations in transactions with private equity. During the last three years, we have represented more than 30 founder-led physician groups in transactions with private equity. The pace of that work is only increasing.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: Truly, the best thing about PGP is our clients and the high praise that they have offered for the work we do. If you visit our website homepage and scroll to the bottom you will see the photos and names of several clients and be able to read what they say about working with PGP. Here is just one example — “When we started the process of evaluating whether private equity was right for us or not, I realized very quickly that I knew orthopaedic surgery, but I did not know anything about the PE universe and running a transaction process. PGP was able to not only fill the gap in expertise my partners and I had but ran a process that concluded in a truly terrific outcome with Growth Ortho and Trivest. They were instrumental in helping us navigate the entre process from start to close. We are extremely satisfied with our new partnership and thank PGP for the outstanding guidance and leadership needed to make it happen.” — Dr. Edward Seade, Orthopaedic Specialists of Austin
