Below is our recent interview with Svetlana Nay, Brand Communication Manager of Videoforce:
Q: This is the first time we have spoken. Can you provide a brief overview of Videoforce?
A: Videoforce is a video chat for businesses that can increase the conversion rate of sales on the site. The service allows you to conduct consultations for customers, demonstrate products, and make screen sharing.
Video chat has a manager lobby, where the user can choose which manager to chat with.
The service works on any website and mobile device. Installation on the store’s website takes no more than 5 minutes.
Q: What are your main advantages?
A: The project team has more than 10 years of successful experience working with Russian retail, both on the part of stores and in terms of implementing SaaS solutions. We conducted a study on familiar owners of online stores and companies serving online retail, 90% of them confirmed the need for sales via video chats in the near future.
Now they had scarce and branded digital collectibles. But since these collectibles are digital, we can give them utility. We’ve made this new class of collectibles usable in a compelling fantasy game. That way, we could engage fans over the years, beside the act of collecting. We use the cryptocurrency ether because Sorare is built on the Ethereum blockchain.
Q: How have you attracted your clients to using Videoforce?
A: Now we attract customers thanks to personal contacts, we are integrated with the leader of test chats Jivo, we did a mailing list on their base, as a result of which we received new customers. We also have almost ready integration with Shopify.
Q: Can you tell us something about your pricing plans?
A: Videoforce currently has three pricing plans. Basic-when the product is provided for free, professional-which includes additional features, and enterprise, which involves the development of functions in accordance with the wishes of the customer.
Q: What can we expect from Videoforce in next 12 months?
A: In the coming year, the project team will work on the implementation of new features. Now we are conducting customer development among our customers, on the topic of what features they can be most useful. According to the latest survey results, this is an expanded statistics and the transfer of a video call to another operator.
