Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your organisation?
A: Sperry West is a 30 year old manufacturer of body temperature alerting & facial recognition video cameras to aid with detecting possible signs of disease. The company is also well known as a leader in making the most diverse selection of covert video cameras to aid in criminal apprehension.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: An obvious highlight is the timing of our new product offering. As we considered our offer of a business safety/first aid system, it was about protection from Covid-19 & other diseases. Then, just as we entered the market with this product the Delta Variant is making news as a fast growing, serious health menace. A huge highlight is that we really are offering this $370. value free with our TEMPCAM™. The well regarded TEMPCAM is value priced at half the cost of many competing temperature alerting cameras.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: The Sperry West TEMPCAM is a full featured camera/monitor that has facial recognition and can interface with access control systems. With it’s German made sensor, it is extremely accurate & can send alerts to smart phones if desired. The free safety kit includes a blood pressure reader, an oxy meter, a no touch thermometer to provide verification of elevated temperature, an OSHA/ANSI recommended first aid kit and other items.
Q: What can we expect from your agency in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: With all that has happened during the last year and a half, it is difficult to plan anything in particular for the next six months, other than to try & maintain sufficient inventory to fill orders promptly.
