Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: OnlineVisas, Inc. is a spin-off tech company of Velie Law Firm, an award-winning innovator leader in Immigration law for nearly 30 years. OnlineVisas.com has been a historically leading website in Immigration law since its launch as Velie Law’s web address in 1998.
OnlineVisas developed Visas.ai, an intelligent Immigration platform designed by Immigration attorneys for immigration attorneys. The Platform provides authoritative winning strategies delivered through its A.I. icon Ovie while attorneys take their clients through strategy questions. Ovie also answers process questions for clients. Visas.ai produces legal briefs and other documents. Ovie reviews these documents and assists in responses to government questions called RFEs.
As an attorney-developed technology, OnlineVisas uses A.I. to make lawyers faster and better but understands you can’t replace them.
Visas.ai has had a massive impact on Velie Law, assisting it in submitting more visas in a month than in any previous year. This Platform helps us to fulfill our mission of Delivering Dreams for more individuals and businesses worldwide.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We’ve developed a collaborative platform for lawyers with AI-delivered authority and clients to collaborate on strategy and quickly develop briefs, forms, and other documents to efficiently produce the most effective visa packages.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Visas.ai’s Platform is a subscription service for attorneys to provide strategy sessions, instantly generate contracts, receive online payments, and build legal briefs, forms, expert letters, contracts, and other models from the information obtained from their clients. Ovie, the intelligent Immigration guide, provides options and opinions to the lawyer to make quick authority-based decisions.
OnlineVisas is more than a tech company; Immigration attorneys operate it to help other Immigration attorneys. It provides customization of documents, training, certification in visa types, and participation in Collaboration Sessions called Collabs.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next six months?
A: In the next six months, we’re rolling the third generation of our Platform, where OVIE helps you to spot and avoid errors that could trigger denials or RFEs, to help you get more petitions approved.
You’ll also have a suite of document templates extending far beyond the usual forms and short cover letters. Now you can generate extensive and comprehensive legal briefs that prove to USCIS why a petition must be approved, backed up with the current law and evidence, all selected with OVIE’s help to apply to the specific context of each application as well as the full suite of supporting documentation.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: OnlineVisas 70 H-1B visas in one day, eclipsing 43 in one week a year ago. Last year’s mark obtained a 100% approval rating for the H-1B cap. Because of this, the firm attained the million-dollar mark in revenue for 2021 and hit the $100 revenue in one month a few times. In June of 2022, it surpassed $100,000 in profit in a single month.
