Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Diedrich RPM is a full-service marketing agency proudly based in Minnesota, serving organizations and industries of all sizes around the globe. We help our clients achieve growth through innovative ideas, being accountable, generating revenue as well as brand recognition.
Our tagline is: RESEARCH PROPELLED MARKETING because we conduct market studies and digital research to inform our marketing strategies for our clients. Additionally, we provide a custom ROI portal that bakes in not only all media spend but our time so the client has a true picture of our performance.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We created our proprietary platform because our clients were becoming overwhelmed with the volume of lead activity we were generating. We wanted to help our clients focus their sales efforts on the best leads, (according to a recent study, 61% of a sales person’s time is wasted on non-productive leads) so I had the idea we could use decision-science via the creation of an AI platform to help our clients manage their sales conversions. We initially conducted a pilot in three market segments 1) Health Care (in an effort to help specialty care clinics keep patients within the system by tracking the patient consult information and how it helped a patient make a decision to move forward with a procedure 2) for a B2B manufacturing client to identify the prospects most likely to convert 3) for a cruise line in identifying what charter prospect would most likely convert. We were able to identify over $4M in potential cruise sales that would have converted if the salesperson had pursued a proven propensity to convert leads.
We have paying clients on this platform now, and it is proving to help manage the sales conversions, save time, and enhance sales training opportunities because you can see sales performance based on proven propensities to convert. Additionally, leadership has visibility to the pipeline from a financial perspective.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: We have tiered pricing based on the historical CRM data and company size, then once we are up and running, monthly hosting fees are based on the number of users. Average hosting costs range between $350 to $750. Once we have conducted our onboarding and run the CRM data through our platform the client can assign users (in different capacities, e.g., administrative or collaborator). We can integrate or portal into our clients existing CRM so the data is all in the same environment.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We are officially launching this service now. We project 13 new clients will be onboarded in 2022.
