A: Calibre One is a leading transatlantic executive search boutique specializing in building diverse leadership teams for innovators, entrepreneurs and companies undergoing a technology or digital transformation.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We’ve recently appointed Calibre One’s first partner in Texas. Scott Garner will lead this office from Dallas.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Executive search, succession planning and human capital advisory services.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We plan to build out our market presence in Texas across systems and devices, semiconductor, Fintech and IT services segments as well as establish and nurture client relationships with firms outside of the U.S. that are looking to add to build out their market presence in the U.S.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: We are small enough to provide high-touch, partner-led services unique to a boutique, but also as an established global firm, we are experts at helping companies grow beyond their domestic markets and access world-class talent across the world.
