Meet Blue White Robotics – An Autonomous Farm Technology Company

Below is our recent interview with Adam from Blue White Robotics:

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: Blue White Robotics is an autonomous farm technology company. Our platform controls large fleets of autonomous tractors and on-farm technology. We improve farm productivity, precision, and worker safety.

The platform allows growers to upgrade their existing tractor fleet to a self-driving one, preventing labor shortage and increasing equipment availability.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: We are honored to be working with Insight partners on this fundraising round. They bring amazing momentum and support for Blue White Robotics. Agriculture technology investing has remained stagnant for the past 10 years. This funding represents a radical and positive shift in mainstream business interests for the agriculture industry.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: Absolutely, when we speak with our customers about what agriculture technology lacks, they all say “that nothing else is simple to adopt or use.” Everything has a prohibitive upfront cost or learning curve that no one can get on board with. Our platform and business are designed to remove this barrier. We call it Robots as a Service.

Here’s the breakdown:

We provide the autonomous kit (sensors and software) and install it on a tractor fleet. The farmer pays proportionately to the hours of usage over a year with a return on their investment from Day One.

As their operation becomes more mature, we can begin operating the fleet at scale. Dozens and then hundreds of vehicles are all operated through the cloud remotely. And, we have added analytics and partner technologies managed through the platform.

It’s the holistic solution for an autonomous farm.

Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months?

A: The next year, we will radically increase the size of our fantastic sales and R&D teams with top-tier talent. Development requires a huge outlay of personnel resources and supporting that is a priority.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: Our teams are uniquely goal-oriented, and their ability to solve complex problems that no one has even asked the question to before is absolutely mind-blowing. We treat problems as puzzles that we’re all aligned to solve. It’s fun, really, but the end goal is a collective success.  That all flows downstream from our values: fellowship, love of the land, and innovation.
