Below is our recent interview with Vijay Pravin Maharajan, Founder & CEO at bitsCrunch:
Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: bitsCrunch is an AI empowered blockchain analytics company headquartered in Munich, Germany. Our focus is to build products that guard the NFT Ecosystem and address the common problems like washtrading, piration, and unremunerative asset valuation revolving around NFT Marketplaces. With humble beginnings in 2020, bitsCrunch is now one of Munich’s top 4 Web3 Companies.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Well, we have recently partnered with MasterCard. We have been enrolled in their Master Start Path, one of the world’s renowned startup programs. Through this initiative, bitsCrunch will assist digital asset purchases by non-crypto users for which MasterCard is penetrating into the Crypto Space to stimulate such transactions.
Also, few other recent partnerships we are excited about are:
- Pandora Finance: We will be deploying Scour, one of our flagship products to analyse washtrading patterns and price inflation of digital assets thereby securing users and accounts of Pandora.
- IQProtocol: We’ve initiated NFT Security Services through this partnership in a Decentralised SaaS model.
Another noteworthy announcement is that bitsCrunch has been backed by Animoca Brands, Coinbase Ventures, Crypto.Com Capital, and Polygon Studios with a $ 3.6 million funding.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: The NFT Marketplaces and Ecosystem is reportedly experiencing problems like plagiarism, overpricing, and wash trading. As Guardians of the ecosystem, addressing these setbacks has become our holy grail. Combining Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain technologies, we’ve built tools to identify and solve these common problems in the NFT Marketplaces. Here’s a sneak peek to our products.
Unleash NFTs: A real-time portfolio tracker/analytical dashboard for NFTs.
Scour: An AI-based wash trading detection solution.
Liquify: AI-empowered fair value estimator of NFT assets.
Crunch DaVinci: An AI based next-gen digital forgery detection system.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: The Web 3.o space is evolving and becoming the next big thing. We, being one of the forerunners in the Blockchain and NFT space, have envisioned to:
- Build CrunchVerse (a Metaverse of our own)
- Launch Unleash NFTs and Liquify Beta
- TGE in the Q2 (2022)
- Provide more opportunities in the Web3 space through our community program
- Employ more women to our working team.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: A couple of best things that we want everyone to know about bitsCrunch.
- Through our community program initiatives, we are striving to spread the knowledge and awareness about NFTs and the Crypto space. We have planned to expand our community to more European countries shortly.
- We are hiring women who wish to restart their career after a break (years don’t matter but the willingness to learn) through our Reskilling program.
