Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Eat Purely is a meal delivery service, serving Chicagoland, that aims to provide a delicious solution for weekly meal planning for people of various lifestyles: from the busy professional, the inexperienced home cook, the family with several mouths to feed and more. Our fully prepared meals make eating a delicious meal incredibly convenient and without the hassle of cooking.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Executive Chef Cory Morris comes to Eat Purely with a wealth of culinary experience, from opening several of his own restaurants inspired by global cuisines, working with renowned, award-winning chefs, and even winning coveted competition shows like Beat Bobby Flay and Chopped.
His accolades are numerous, but what makes Cory even more special is his personality, values, and authenticity. His own life and eating style has shifted to focus on healthy food thanks to his two-year-old. As he combines his two passions — cooking and family — Cory will elevate Eat Purely’s meals, bringing fresh, delicious flavor to all who love delicious food.
A staunch advocate for high quality ingredients, Cory’s relationship with local Chicago farmers and vendors will bring the upper echelon of high quality ingredients and meals to Eat Purely’s kitchen and customers.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Our rotating, seasonal menu offers a wide variety of options that include protein (chicken, steak, pork, tofu, salmon), vegetarian, and vegan meals. All of Eat Purely’s meals are chef-crafted using only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible, that are free of hormones, artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners and preservatives.
Eat Purely meals are never frozen, but they are cooked to perfection and chilled to maximize freshness and flavor, allowing customers to simply heat and serve.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months?
A: Chef Cory has hit the ground running, and is planning to introduce several brand new meals to Eat Purely’s already-delicious menu. We’re excited to see his influence on the menu, and are excited to explore the creativity and flavors of this renowned chef. Over the next 6 months, Eat Purely customers and fans can expect even more new meals to be introduced that both reflect our values as a company and meet the delicious standard that we’ve set for ourselves.
A primary focus of Cory’s will be to introduce more sustainable and healthy options including gluten-free, soy free and corn free options, ensuring that eaters of all lifestyles have delicious meal planning options.
Q: What are your plans?
A: Our mission is simple: bring true hospitality and authentic, delicious food to our customers’ homes from our tech-forward company. Our emphasis on local relationships is beyond important: it is at the core of who we are and why we create delicious meals. We aim to continue building upon the Eat Purely “family” of local producers and growers that supports and promotes one another. The best part? We aim to have fun every single day — we love what we do and we enjoy delivering high quality meals.
