Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: CloudAEye is an intelligent cloud service, providing SaaS-based operations management. The AI-powered workflow provides observability services with logs and metrics. It focuses on contextual awareness and automatically surfaces anomalous services. CloudAEye offers frictionless management of an incident and root-cause analysis to reduce MTTD (mean time to detect) and MTTR (mean time to repair).
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We have recently added AI-driven observability support for serverless –- AWS Lambda (see announcement) & ECS/Fargate (see announcement).
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: For popular cloud native applications such as microservices on Kubernetes (AWS EKS), serverless (AWS Lambda or ECS/Fargate) or containerized applications (Docker on EC2), CloudAEye delivers the most sophisticated AI-powered Observability solution in the industry. It will automatically detect anomalies near real-time and provide actionable insights.
Large systems with hundreds of microservices produce millions of logs per day and have thousands of KPI metrics which track their behavior. Having humans in the loop to actively track the data and to identify anomalous behavior is next to impossible in such scenarios. Our AI models can perform this task efficiently and can save you hours of effort, downtime, and thus money. Consider us as your co-pilot to help you ensure smooth functioning of your application with fast recovery rates.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We plan to focus on product market fit (PMF) during the next 6 months. That means, we will work with customers and make sure we are solving their problems. We are working on a few ambitious AI projects. We will share more on these projects when they are ready. Please stay tuned.
