Below is our recent interview with Alex Hail, Operations Manager at B2E Automation:

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: Based in Naperville, Illinois, USA, B2E Automation is a next-generation robotics company aiming to act as a revolutionary integrator in the scene of warehouse task automation. We understand where the current bottlenecks that exist in the industry and aim to use integration and automation techniques combined with the latest in software and intelligence technologies to address these short comings that can be found in most engineering companies. With the market trending towards an all-time high in need for precise, low maintenance, adaptable machine and robotics processes that are scalable in design, B2E Automation plans to make its name known by providing these solutions to customers around the country with a seamless design process that fits the needs of all manufacturers.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: We recently announced our membership in the Association for Advancing Automation (A3). A3 is a leading global automation trade association for robotics, machine vision, motion control, and AI. This membership will help us continue expanding our capabilities for helping clients, connect us with other suppliers, and allow us to source the latest technologies from a wider network for use in our projects.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: B2E Automation provides a unique array of design and engineering services by utilizing currently available software and intelligence tools to streamline our process of bringing solution oriented designs to the customer. Our is efficiency and providing a cure to the problem in the ecosystem of systems manufacturing where a job that can be completed constantly by a single robotic process is currently done by two to three human workers. We believe that automation should be constant throughout manufacturing and combined with in-house data systems in order to provide a global look inside a companies processes. This ideology placed into action via our design and engineering services will lower costs for manufacturers, improve company morale by lessening human work loads, increase speed of knowledge and statistics gathering as well as project planning, and provide an overall sense of smoothness to the processes that govern a companies throughput.

Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: We are working on developing our own branded product lines that will be available to customers around the country that can be customized based on customer requirements. For example we are currently developing a modular conveyor system that will be adaptable to different applications and that can be easily reconfigured to suit plant layout constraints and product changeover. As we accomplish this we also plan to expand our engineering services, bring on more employees, create more product offerings, and join more organizations like A3.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: The best thing about B2E Automation is our personal excitement to use advanced software integration techniques in order to accomplish our goal of custom engineering design. Most engineering firms undercut the value of the data that can be used to not only design their machines and processes, but keep them running in the most efficient way possible. Next generation software allows us to integrate with robotics and design processes in a way not commonly seen in the systems design ecosystem that is prevalent today. We know that as the industry keeps scaling in the direction of required increase sin throughput, precision, and delivery, our software and data oriented processes will encapsulate the leading edge of technology and the role it plays in the future of design engineering.
