Below is our recent interview with Michael Jacobus, Executive Director at Reset Summer Camp:
Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Reset Summer Camp was founded in the summer of 2018 in California, as the world’s first clinical summer camp program for teens and adolescents suffering from unhealthy screen-time and social-media overuse habits and gaming addiction.
We have expanded our offerings to provide the same program in Canada for the summer of 2023.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: After the devastating effects off the Covid pandemic, youth social-skills and media-addiction have grown exponentially. Reset-Canada has been founded to serve families in that country.

Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We just launched The Life Skills App to reach teens and their families year-round.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: As a “summer camp” we are pretty expensive, as a residential therapeutic program, we are “the cheapest game in town”. We have clinical therapists as part of the general camp staff and they work with our kids 24/7 the entire time they are with us.
