Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: Servicon ltd is a property management company that focuses on managing a house of multiple occupations (HMO) and service accommodation (SA) in London. it was incorporated in November 2021.  Initially, servicon was meant to be a security company but after months of bootstrapping the founder decide to change to a different industry, which is property management. The security industry was just not working out for him. He went for a training course on property investment, which will be key to his success, it is not wise to go into any business without the right knowledge. Servicon is now a property management company with the main focus on providing affordable accommodation to tourists visiting London.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: Everyone knows booking a hotel in London is expensive, especially for tourists. We want to provide affordable serviced accommodation for them.

A serviced accommodation is a type of furnished accommodation that is available for a short- or long-term stay.

We at Servicon are taking matters into our own hands, to do something about the difficulty in finding accommodation at an affordable price in London.

With the right help from investors and donors, we will achieve this. Presently we are crowdfunding to acquire our first property which will be used for SA specifically for tourist

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: We have an exciting reward for people that back our fund-raising campaign

  • For a contribution of £500 or more, we will create a 3D photo slideshow using up to 150 photos.
  • For a contribution of £1,000 or more, we will provide a one-year, one-on-one mentorship on property management.

Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: We plan to expand our business to other cities in the United Kingdom, which means more property for tourists at an affordable price. Which will further encourage them to visit London.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: We work as a team. The team player understands that it is less about what they need to get done and more about what needs to happen for the company to be successful.
