Below is our recent interview with Dan O’Toole, the Founder and CEO of Arrive AI:

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: Sure, and thanks for your interest. Arrive AI’s patented last-mile platform enables secure, autonomous and human delivery to and from a physical hub to smart mailboxes we call Arrive PointsTM. At scale, our platform will provide tracking data, smart logistics alerts and advanced chain-of-custody controls to secure last-mile delivery for all shippers, delivery services and autonomous delivery networks. Our platform makes the exchange of goods between people, robots, and drones frictionless, efficient, and convenient through artificial intelligence, autonomous technology, and interoperability with smart devices including doorbells, lighting and security systems. Essentially, we provide a secure endpoint for package deliveries – something that will solve a lot of issues with deliveries that fail for reasons like theft, damage or mistakes with addresses. But that’s just the beginning: Our units offer climate controls, ease returns and consumer insights and can even connect with homeowners’ IoT systems to provide alerts and monitoring.

Q: What makes you the best choice? How are you unique?

A: It seems like every major player in the delivery industry is focused on autonomous delivery – finding more efficient, sustainable ways to get packages to people. There was much less focus on what happens after that drone or robot drops its packages in people’s yards, or on sidewalks or porches. Billions of dollars are lost to package theft and damage, and billions more are spent dealing with returns. That last inch of the last mile was my focus back in 2014 when I beat Amazon and the United States Postal Service in filing for a patent on my original design for secure drone delivery. We have since greatly improved our product, securing additional patents along the way. So, we have a first-position status in using this new technology. We’re also in the field, showing how well our technology works. In short, we’re ahead of the game, our position is patent-protected, and we are making further refinements and finding new uses all the time.

Q: Who is your ideal client and why?

A: That’s a difficult question to answer because of the ongoing refinements and uses we see. Let me give you a few.

  1. Healthcare: We are testing robotic delivery in hospitals right now to help save money and improve efficiency by providing fully autonomous delivery of medical specimens, medications, etc… from one point to another. That lets healthcare providers focus on patients, and it’s fully secure, which is essential in the healthcare industry. We also have Arrive Points in the field for specialty pharmacy delivery, which also requires strict security. In that case, pharmacy couriers may have medications that need a certain temperature, and if they miss the hours of operation for the facility they’re delivering to, they have to try again another day. With our Arrive Points, they can leave the items in a secure, climate-controlled device so the medications can be retrieved the next day with no harm to the medications. The pharmacy courier company we’re working with calls this convenience a “game-changer.”
  2. Retail consumers: We’re working internationally with important partners. India with Skye Air Mobility, which makes about 6,000 drone deliveries a day in suburban New Delhi and is excited about providing secure delivery to their customers who right now either must be home when the drone comes or risk theft or damage of their package. Skye Air operates in a population of about 33 million people who already love drone delivery, so they’re an ideal partner for us, and the consumers there are ideal users. We are also working in Antigua with AllMart – Local Marketplace & ACT Antigua, who have been making about 120,000 human-courier deliveries a year to customers in Antigua and Barbuda. They are very interested in adding drone delivery and giving their customers the opportunity to schedule grocery and retail deliveries and have those items waiting for them when they get home. Right now, as with customers worldwide, deliveries left on doorsteps are vulnerable to theft and damage. We solve that security issue, so the AllMart/ACT work is another great use-case of what we offer.
  3. Office parks/apartment complexes: Our Arrive Points can be configured as large banks as well as stand-alone units. We could develop banks of our units to serve consumers there in a manner they’re already used to but provides more security than they’re used to and more benefits like climate-control, alerts and data collection. In an autonomous delivery world, deliveries can be made 24/7, 365, and we are ready for that.

Q: What can we expect from you in next 12 months? What are your plans?

A: As a publicly traded company – we joined the Nasdaq in May 2025 – we can’t get too far ahead of ourselves with regard to forward-looking statements, but we can say that we plan to triple our workforce to meet customer growth demands, to scale up to meet product demand and to continue to refine and improve our Arrive Points and our platform.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: This is an easy one! The best thing about our company is our team, which includes our investors. From the start, we’ve had a culture of teamwork and transparency, so we communicate often internally and with our investors. It was a joy to see hundreds of our early supporters join us in New York City to celebrate our listing on the Nasdaq either in person or online. We pride ourselves on being available and as open as we can be about how we’re doing, whether that’s facing an obstacle or overcoming one. This is a commitment and a culture we intend to foster no matter how large we get and no matter how far our reach.
